W. Patrick (“Pat”) Kelley, Sr. has operated an independent law office providing legal guidance for real estate companies from large to small since 1983. His involvement in negotiation, transactions, syndication, financing, construction, and litigation has provided him with a wide breadth of real-world experience. He is actively involved in West Valley Ventures projects at many levels – providing general legal guidance, having a keen eye to quickly work through the myriad of legal issues that can influence the bottom line.
Pat is a Bay Area native from a family with a long history of real estate development. As an undergraduate, he was a Biology/Chemistry major at Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. He completed his law studies at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, before returning to California to open his practice.
